The more information we get from the start the quicker the process is. To prepare a Business Plan can take anything from 7 days to many months to prepare depending on the complexity of the business and the availability of information.

3. What kind of information must I provide in order to have a Business Plan drafted?

• What kind of business it is you want to start?
• What is your experience in this industry?
• Do you have staff or what is your staff requirements?
• Are there Unions and Industrial issues which could affect your business?
• What are the political, social technological, policy and regulatory factors which affect this kind of business?
• Where do you want to start this business?
• Are there similar businesses in that area?
• Who is the competition in that area?
• What do you know about the competition?
• How will you compete against them?
• Who are your customers?
• How will you conduct your marketing?
• Will you be applying for finance from a bank?
• What will you provide as security?

4. Do I have to pay for consultations?

R500.00 for the 1st consultation to obtain information from you. This will be purely of an investigatory nature. Every consultation thereafter is charged at R240.00.
