This
internationally recognized organization, whose reach is to assist
People Living With Disabilities, particular to those in need in
South Africa, has a highly credible reputation in the funded environment.
Generating funds from all avenues in the corporate, government and
donor organizations, this position will require a well-experienced
Fundraising Manager to drive these processes. You will form part
of the Executive team and contribute to the direction of the organization
in terms of gaining funding growth and maintaining donor relationships.
The
ideal candidate will:
- have at least five years of fundraising experience
- have been in a managerial role previously
- have excellent network and ability to generate connections across
a broad spectrum of donor organizations
- be a confident, articulate and competent proposal and report writer
- have sound project management, and budgeting and financial acumen
- have excellent team working capacity and be able to motivate others
in the team
- be self-motivated and organized
- be aware of the economic trends, areas of funding.
This

terms of generating sufficient funds for various
projects, and forming strong relationships with donors and relevant
stakeholders.
